Wash Day will exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each laundry bag. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering and dry cleaning, we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Responsibility also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, sequins or glitter. Wash Day’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged items shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it (up to $37.90) per garment regardless of brand or condition.

Wash Day Express

Wash Day provides Wash Day Express customers complimentary reusable laundry bags. However, a replacement fee of $9.00 will be charged to the customers' card on file if the account remains inactive for 6 months or more. By using our Wash Day Express service, you agree to these terms.
